Cheshire High School Marching Ram Band Page ala Phat Kev

From the falls of 1992-1995, I was an active member of the Cheshire High School Marching Ram Band.  I played the trumpet and had a blast (heh, heh).  Ah, yes, we had some great times, and my generation went through some upheaval as the great Mr. M stepped down and Mr. Scavone stepped up to the plate as the band director in 1994.  When I get the chance, I will write a little more about some great band stories so they are not forgotten.  But for now, take a look at my pics that I have from my photo album.  Check out the CHSMRB 20th anniversary reunion yahoo groups page at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/chsmrb_20year/ and click on the icon below to join.

We really cleaned up at Giants Stadium that year!

The Year of the Hoopskirts and Feathered wigs.  We tried cirque du soliel and only ended up confusing the judges.

Crazy hair day.

Normal hair day

Yeah, normal hair day

Post band competition hangover.  Well, not really hung over, but at bitter.  At least we were all together.  That was quite a fun night.

That was before I could grow full sideburns.  Now I've got some serious chops.  If you don't believe me, check out my beard page.

Wow, Dave Goldstein and I really were band geeks.
